Eduardo Murakami

I was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and attended the Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes, graduating with a degree in medicine in 1999.  

(English and Portuguese speaker) 

I have a particular interest in ultrasound, working with it for more than 20 years. My motivation is to use ultrasound findings as a diagnostic tool to help my patients achieve their health. I have been working as a sonographer in London since 2015 – both for the NHS and the private sector. 

I am currently working at Barts Health NHS Trust, where I scan patients with various health complaints and also assist with the training of sonographers and junior radiologists.
