Due an urgent requirement having cropped up – such is life 🙂 I was so relieved to have found IUS. Very Efficient & Professional service from start to finish. Calling around late afternoon on a Thursday, it was difficult to secure a next-day appointment at short notice. Just as I was about to throw in the towel, I found IUS’ information and was able to book the appointment online. After booking my appointment and securing the booking with a minimal deposit, I telephoned to ensure I selected the correct option for the service I required – Rina answered the telephone very professionally and was very helpful – both telephonically and in-person. Thank you Rina 🙂 I was a bit anxious being poked and prodded, but both Dr Moh Jalaleddin and Rina put me at ease straight away – plus we had the results of my scan within the hour after my appointment! I am very gratefuly to them both. Thank you Dr Moh, for being so patient and thorough – and Thank You for explaining things to me in layman’s terms. I recommend and endorse IUS wholeheartedly! THANK YOU Ps. I’ve found a similar service with a different provider, prior to coming across IUS’ details, but the Lady answered the phone “Hello” when I called in – the greeting took me aback & certainly did not instill confidence. Goes to show first impressions are importantant & there’s but one chance to make one.

Wonderful place with wonderful and helpful staff. Was able to book for the next day. Mo did the ultrasound, was very helpful and knowledgable. Report was emailed to me the same day. Professional and accommodating. Went for a very minor issue and Mo and Rina were very reassuring. Very reasonably priced as well in comparison to other private centers and there will usually be a lot of slots.

I am over the moon to have discovered this brilliant clinic . I was examined by a charming clinician with many years experience. Who divides his day job with the N H S and running his clinic with a colleague. I was able to see my pelvic images on his screen and discuss everything in detail and compare them with last year’s images taken at Saint John and Saint Elizabeth. He also did a liver and kidney ultrasound examination. I was thrilled with my visit and taken care of by a wonderful nurse . Not only are they true professionals their prices are very affordable and I meet two other delighted patients All of us had experienced extortionate prices in the Uk for the same examinations. . I saved myself an eye watering £550 . Without these clinics we are no longer able to afford private healthcare and the n h s is so overloaded and the waiting time is putting our health at risk . The Uk has become like America . Unless your condition is life threatening the poor n h s has long waiting times and most private clinics won’t let you in the door without grabbing a payment from your credit card . Some you can’t self refer so there’s a specialist fee too This clinic has an injury specialist who can administer steroid joint injections etc . I can’t even admit what I was charged for a private steroid injection in my shoulder at the London clinic but it was £900 more than this clinic would have charged . I am insured and was referred to this clinic .. but if I claim the premium goes through the roof so I am now looking at self funding alternatives . This is my answer. They are the best . I have had many injuries as I rode horses professionally and I have certain geological issues that need keeping an eye on . Thank you to the everyone this clinic .
